Users who have fax lines via the PhoneNet Fax to Email Gateway will be pleased to know that some long requested features have now been implemented.

If a call is received but fax negotiation was unsuccessful you will now receive an email notification informing you of this with the caller details.

If a partial fax has been received but the call was disconnected for whatever reason, previously you would not receive any notification at all and the partial fax was effectively lost. You should now receive the partial document by email.
